We do not deliver to Rural Zones currently. Please see checkout to see pricing for shipping to your area.

DELIVERY DAYS

We deliver Wednesday and Thursday.
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

To secure your preferred delivery day, please place orders by:

• Tuesday 10am → Wednesday Shipped
• Wednesday 10am → Thursday Shipped
• Thursday 10am → Friday Shipped (Auckland only)

Orders placed after Thursday 10am outside Auckland will be delivered the following Wednesday

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded after cut-off times
• Delivery time is between 8:00am – 5:30pm
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide a safe drop-off location

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via NZ Post overnight service
All products are packed with insulated liners and gel ice packs designed to maintain safe temperature for up to 36 hours unrefrigerated

REFUNDS & CLAIMS

Refunds are processed via our website, minus a 5% transaction surcharge
If your order arrives damaged or temperature-compromised, please email info@granarolo.co.nz with photo evidence.
Chargebacks must be raised directly with the Granarolo NZ team
